Booking & Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website's booking system, by email at [email protected], or by phone at +33 4 79 08 00 00. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Different terms apply during peak season. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Accommodations

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in selected accommodations with prior arrangement. Additional charges may apply. Please inform us when booking.

Do you offer room service?

Yes, room service is available 24/7 for hotel rooms and selected chalets. A menu is provided in your room.

Ski & Activities

Can I rent ski equipment at the resort?

Yes, we have a fully equipped ski rental shop on-site. We recommend pre-booking during peak season to ensure availability of your preferred equipment.

Do you offer ski lessons?

Yes, we offer private and group ski lessons for all levels through our ski school. Lessons can be booked at the reception or in advance.

What activities are available besides skiing?

We offer various activities including spa treatments, snowshoeing, ice skating, and indoor sports. Our concierge can help arrange additional activities.

Dining & Facilities

What dining options are available?

We have multiple restaurants including a fine dining restaurant, casual bistro, and bar. Breakfast is included with most room rates.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes, our restaurants can accommodate various dietary requirements. Please inform us of any specific needs when booking.

What spa facilities are available?

Our spa features indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. Spa access is complimentary for hotel guests.

Transportation

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes, we provide transfers from Geneva, Lyon, and Chambéry airports. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer secure underground parking for all guests. Valet parking service is also available.

Is there a shuttle service within the resort?

Yes, we provide complimentary shuttle service to the ski lifts and within the resort area.
